Jack was thorough and honest about my not needing to have any wax removed as their was little to no problem in that regard and so after a full hearing test noted my hearing was the issue. Explained what could be done and left it to me to decide what action to take if any considering my age and lung issues. No sales pressure and sound advice. That is rare and welcome. The new aids have dramatically improved  his quality of life as well as our Aunt- who no longer has to shout!  The extended family is very impressed and grateful. Mum is in a nursing care home & Jack introduced her to her first set of hearing aids & he regularly checks on her progress. She enjoys his visits so much & has greatly benefited from the aids. Jack has taken great trouble to liaise with me comprehensively, as I live a couple of hours away from mum. He is such a lovely person & is extremely kind & gentle with Mum.
